Kollaard Associates is an engineering consulting firm based out of Kemptville, Ontario; a growing community just outside of Ottawa. Kollaard Associates has been providing engineering services to land developers, builders and homeowners in Eastern Ontario since 2005. Before this, William Kollaard, the founder of Kollaard Associates, was the project engineer and manager of the eastern branch of Johnson Engineering in Kemptville since 1998. 

Kollaard Associates maintains a commitment to personal client service, while creating applicable and cost effective project solutions. Our engineering staff have decades of collective experience working in land development and construction engineering in the Ottawa area.
