Proposed Commercial Development

Kollaard Associates is working with a local land developer and ARC Associates to construct a modern commercial complex on Merivale Road in Ottawa. The complex will be a multi-purpose commercial building, potentially housing a bank, dental office and café.

Kollaard Associates strives to maintain the open concept aesthetic of the building design, while achieving the site servicing, site plan approval and storm water management standards required by the City of Ottawa.
